These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the AI image generation service it provides (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you do not meet it, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service allows users to generate images from text prompts using a third-party AI image generation provider. Generated images are produced automatically based on user input and are not reviewed or curated by us before being shown to the requesting user.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, request, upload, or distribute content that:

• Depicts, implies, or could reasonably be interpreted as depicting a minor in a sexual or exploitative manner, under any circumstance;
• Is illegal under applicable law, including content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy or publicity rights;
• Depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including in a sexual, defamatory, or misleading context;
• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or incitement to violence;
• Contains malware or attempts to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

We reserve the right to refuse to generate, to remove, and to report content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this section, without notice.

4. Third-Party AI Provider

Image generation is performed by a third-party AI provider. That provider's own acceptable use policies also apply to content generated through the Service, and we may rely on filtering or moderation performed by that provider. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or availability of any generated output.

5. No User Accounts for Visitors

General use of the Service does not require creating an account. Site administrators access a separate, authenticated admin area that is not available to the public.

6. Ownership of Generated Content

Generated images are provided to you "as is" for your personal use. We make no claim of ownership over images you generate, but we also make no representation as to the rights you may or may not hold in AI-generated output, which can vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for how you use any generated image.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
