This Privacy Policy explains what information this website (the "Service") collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

We do not require an account or collect a password from general visitors.
2. Cookies & Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage (not third-party tracking cookies) to remember: whether you've confirmed you're 18+, and your anonymous visitor ID, which is used to enforce a daily limit on "likes" and to associate your generation history for support purposes. This data stays in your browser and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking by us.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate the image generation feature and return results to you;
- To enforce fair-use limits (such as the daily like limit) and prevent abuse;
- To respond to waitlist signups and advertiser inquiries;
- To maintain and improve the Service, including basic usage statistics.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on third-party providers to operate the Service:
- Database, authentication, and backend hosting — used to store gallery data, likes, waitlist and advertiser submissions, generation history, and admin accounts.
- AI image generation provider — the text prompts you submit are sent to this provider to generate the resulting image. That provider processes the prompt to produce the output and may retain data according to its own policies.
These providers may process data in locations other than your own. We only share the data necessary for them to provide their service to us.
5. Data Retention
Generation history, likes, waitlist entries, and advertiser inquiries are retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate and improve the Service, or until you request deletion (see Section 7).
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, or deletion of, any personal information you've provided (such as a waitlist or advertiser submission) by contacting us at the email below. Because most visitor activity is tied to an anonymous browser-generated ID rather than an account, we may ask you to provide relevant details (such as the email you submitted) to locate your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
